Stepping stones are quite easy to make, & really don't require
the use of rhubarb leaves. :) (Though I had a good laugh, his description
was fairly accurate!)
I've done this, & my method was to buy the little drip pans for under
potted plants from a local home improvement store, buy quickcrete, & use a
bunch of leftover colored glass (free from a local stained glass artiste),
colored stones (from a defunct fish tank), broken plates, etc. I filled my molds with the quickcrete, & while it was setting, added my ''bits'' as designs, initials, etc. When it was dry (I let it cure for about 24 hours) I popped them out. Oh, & I greased my molds before using. They wash easily that way for re-use. Try the links below for step by step instructions, & pictures. Happy Creating!

If you have a rubarb plant growing then try this get as many
leaves as you need (bigger the better) then go to a sand box or dig a
small shallow hole bout the size you need then mix a batch of cement
(follow instuctions on bag) Place leaf on bottom of hole, frame or sand
pit and pour cement over the leaf wait 24 hrs for curing and pop out comes
leaf imprinted stepping stones (the leaf will wash off with minamal effort)
